The FS800 Series Fully-Automatic Dispensing Machine is an advanced, high-speed inline dispensing solution engineered for the new energy vehicle (NEV) battery FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit) and FFC (Flexible Flat Cable) production industry. Designed with the flexibility to handle both customized FPC modules and general-purpose FFC combinations, the FS800 meets demanding process needs for sealing, bonding, and encapsulation with superior speed, precision, and cost efficiency.

The FS800 offers a max. dispensing range of 1200mm, and supports double tracks with dual-head and dual-valve (or four-valve) configurations. This enables synchronous or asynchronous dispensing, increasing UPH while ensuring process stability across varying panel sizes.
